- Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic HR Business Partner to work closely with leaders across engineering, product, and manufacturing functions — the teams shaping India’s next generation of aerospace and technology systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, high-velocity environment, understands technology and manufacturing cultures, and can translate business goals into people strategies.



You’ll partner with leaders to shape the organization’s capability, drive performance, ensure compliance, and enhance the overall employee experience — while staying deeply grounded in day-to-day HR execution.
- Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with functional heads to align people priorities with business objectives, ensuring workforce readiness and capability for upcoming projects.
- Drive organization design, manpower planning, and succession strategies aligned to growth.
- Use HR analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making around talent and engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent performance, structure, and employee relations.

2. Talent & Capability Development
- Work closely with the TA function to ensure timely onboarding of the right talent for each function.
- Own the onboarding and assimilation experience, ensuring new hires have explicit 90-day plans a
