About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle End-To-End Recruitment Process For Multiple Job Roles.
- Understand Manpower Requirements From Management And Department Heads.
- Post Job Openings On Job Portals, Social Media, WhatsApp Groups, And Other Hiring Platforms.
- Maintain Employee Records, Joining Forms, ID Proofs, And HR Files.
- Support Attendance, Leave, Salary, And Basic HR Coordination Work When Required.
- Maintain A Proper Recruitment Tracker With Daily Updates.
- Ensure Timely Hiring As Per Company Requirements.

Required Skills:
- Good Communication Skills In Hindi And Basic English.
- Strong Calling And Follow-Up Skills.
- Basic Knowledge Of Recruitment Process.




- Ability To Use Job Portals And Social Media For Hiring.
- Valuable Coordination And Documentation Skills.
- Ability To Work Under Deadlines.
- Confident Personality And Professional Behavior.

Qualification
- Graduate In Any Stream.
- MBA HR / BBA / HR Related Qualification Will Be Preferred.

Experience

0-3 Years In HR Recruitment Or Telecalling-Based Hiring.
- Should Be Able To Manage Multiple Hiring Requirements At The Same Time.
- Should Have Good Convincing Skills.
- Experience In Solar, Sales Hiring, Field Staff Hiring, Or Technical Hiring Will Be An Added Advantage.

Job Objective

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
