Copywriter & Social Media Posting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Handle the creation of various types of copy, including scripts for videos, social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and campaigns.

Content Calendar Management:
- Develop and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication across all platforms.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment of content with overall marketing strategies.

Moderation Strategies Implementation:
- Review and moderate all user-generated content across platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Manage the process for banning users,



tracking and removing previously banned users when necessary.
- Maintain and regularly update the moderation guidelines to reflect any changes in policy or strategy.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- B.Sc./B.Com./B.A. or Graduation in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a relevant field, with a focus on Social Media.

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in content creation, copywriting, social media management, or community moderation.

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team and clients
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, transparent, and compelling content.
- Proven experience managing content calendars and handling multiple content types (video scripts, blogs, posts, etc.).
