- Key Responsibilities_

Relationship Architect: Build and maintain deep, multi-level relationships to ensure long-term client retention.

Strategic Growth: Drive upselling by identifying client "pain points" and matching them with our curated furniture collections.

Onboarding: Lead the "prospect to partner" transition, ensuring clients see immediate value and expertise.

Health Monitoring: Conduct regular account "Health Checks" and reviews to track satisfaction and ROI.

Experience: 3-5 years in account management, sales, or client relations.
