Key Responsibilities:
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Manage offer rollout, follow-ups and joining documentation
- Maintain hiring trackers and basic employee records
- Coordinate with internal teams for recruitment requirements
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in an evolving, execution-driven setup
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
