Role Overview

As a Fashion Merchandiser focused on B2B, you will act as a bridge between domestic/international brand buyers and our design-production units. Your role encompasses strategic planning of collections, demand forecasting, supplier negotiations, inventory optimization, and ensuring timely delivery—all in alignment with business client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Production Management
- Forecast demand using historical sales data and client insights to guide inventory planning.
- Track production progress and liaise with factories to resolve delays or quality issues.

Supplier & Vendor Management
- Source fabrics/trims at competitive rates while upholding luxury standards.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times,



and terms to optimize costs and maintain delivery schedules.

Order & Delivery Coordination
- Manage B2B orders from initiation to delivery, coordinating internal units.
- Ensure product compliance with quality standards and B2B client specs.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze sell-through rates, inventory turnover, and margin performance; translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Provide periodic updates to senior management on KPIs and strategic outlook.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for B2B clients—understand briefs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Support client onboarding, presentations, and post-delivery follow-ups.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
