Role: Telecalling Executive

Be the voice of Zenzio You will connect with customers and restaurant partners, support onboarding, and help grow our community.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and restaurant leads
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
- Explain Zenzio’s benefits (low commission, genuine pricing, no hidden charges)
- Support onboarding of restaurants and home kitchens
- Maintain call records and update CRM




- Follow up with leads and drive conversions
- Build strong customer and partner relationships

Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in telecalling/customer support (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication skills in Tamil & English:
- Confident, friendly, and convincing personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup workplace

Shift Timings
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
