Position: Sales Executive & Manager
Joining Timeline: Feb 2026
Salary: Up to ₹ 30,000 to 80,000/month (based on experience and proven track record)
Shift Timing: General Shift; flexibility required for client meetings & travel
Gender Preference: Open to all; leadership experience strongly preferred
Target Achievement: Drive sales growth to 3X capability within defined timelines

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners
- Identify new business opportunities in corrugation and mono carton packaging markets
- Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximise profitability
- Collaborate with production, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approach




- Prepare and present MIS reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and statutory requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2 to 10 years of proven sales experience in packaging, corrugation, or FMCG-related industries
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing mid-to-large sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and CRM platforms for sales tracking
- Familiarity with corrugation or monocarton industry highly preferred
