Clinical Assistant - Hair | Skin Clinic

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dermatologists and aesthetic doctors during hair and skin treatments
- Perform blood withdrawal (venipuncture) for GFC and PRP procedures following clinical protocols:
- Prepare and label blood samples and operate centrifuge machines as per SOPs
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables before procedures
- Support procedures such as PRP, GFC, laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and other aesthetic services
- Maintain strict hygiene, sterilization, and infection-control standards
- Guide patients before, during, and after procedures and ensure comfort
- Monitor patients for basic post-procedure reactions and report to the doctor
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and consumables
- Handling front desk and medical team for smooth clinic operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- DMLT,
Diploma / Certification in Nursing, Medical Assistant, or related healthcare field preferred
- Experience in a dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic clinic is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of hair and skin treatments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and patient-friendly attitude
- Ability to follow SOPs and work in a clinical workplace
- Willingness to learn new treatments and technologies
Preferred Skills
- Experience assisting in aesthetic or cosmetic procedures
- Knowledge of laser machines and dermatology equipment
- Basic computer and EMR knowledge
