AI SEO / GEO Content Strategist

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI SEO / GEO Content Strategist to lead the delivery of generative engine optimisation and AI first content production at scale for global B2B and B2C brands. This role is designed for someone who fundamentally believes that the future of content marketing is AI led, human guided, and outcome driven.

As an AI first co,pany, we expect this role to operate at the intersection of SEO, generative engines, editorial strategy, and AI powered workflows. You will be responsible for designing and running content systems that combine AI tools with solid human judgement to drive discoverability, engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.

This is a hands on delivery role that requires both strategic clarity and execution depth.

Key Responsibilities

AI Led SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation Strategy

Design and execute AI SEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across search engines and generative AI platforms.





Use AI tools alongside platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzSumo, and Search Console to identify high intent topics, queries, and whitespace opportunities.

Build topic and query architectures that maximise citation, summarisation, and selection within AI generated responses.

Continuously test, learn, and optimise content structures based on performance signals from search and generative engines.

AI First Content Strategy and Production at Scale

Own end to end content strategy using AI assisted research, drafting, and optimisation workflows.

Design AI plus human content production systems that balance speed, quality, and accuracy.

Create and manage content briefs that clearly translate business goals into high performing content assets.

Oversee production of long form blogs, short form content, landing pages, and mid funnel assets that drive conversion and revenue impact.
