Key Responsibilities:
- Perform active sourcing through social networks, job boards, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical qualifications.
- Format resumes as per client standards before submission.
- Coordinate with Account Managers / Delivery Managers on client requirements and priorities.
- Standard Time: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM
- Daylight Saving Time: 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM
- Working days: 5 days working
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- US recruiter: 1 year (preferred)
