Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities: Paid Advertising & Campaigns
- Plan, run, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

Social Media & Content
- Create and manage content calendars for multiple business social pages.
- Design basic creatives for posts, ads, and promotions using Canva, Photoshop, etc.
- Track and improve engagement and follower growth.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic technical SEO for business websites.
- Optimize product and service pages for search visibility.
- Monitor SEO performance and suggest improvements.

Other Digital Channels
- Analyze data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate closely with client and internal teams to ensure marketing objectives are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including ads + SEO.




- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs (optional).
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Excellent multitasking and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience managing multiple brand accounts.
- Understanding of regional marketing content (Kannada/Hindi).
- Experience with FMCG or B2C marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic CMS (WordPress) is a bonus.

Pay: ₹9,928.17 - ₹25,909.12 per month
