Recharge Energetics is looking for a strong Sales Representative with experience in the wellness, healing, coaching, therapy, fitness, mental wellness, spirituality, or personal transformation space.

The role is focused on converting serious inbound leads into paid clients for high-value energy healing sessions, programs, workshops, and premium healing journeys.

This is not a cold-calling role. The ideal person should be able to speak with emotional maturity, build trust quickly, understand client pain deeply, and confidently guide them toward the right Recharge Energetics offering.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, ads, forms, referrals, and events.

Speak to potential clients with empathy, confidence, and clarity.

Understand the client’s emotional, mental, physical, or life-performance challenges.

Explain Recharge Energetics sessions, programs, processes, pricing, safety, and expected experience clearly.

Sell premium/high-ticket wellness and healing offerings without sounding pushy or desperate.





Follow up consistently with leads who have shown interest but have not booked yet.

Book clients for consultations, paid sessions, workshops, group events, and longer healing programs.

Maintain daily lead tracking, follow-up status, payment status, and conversion reports.

Coordinate with the founder/team for session scheduling, client readiness, and post-booking communication.

Help improve scripts, FAQs, objections, and sales messaging based on real client conversations.

Experience in wellness, healing, coaching, therapy, yoga, meditation, fitness, mental health support, luxury wellness, retreats, or personal transformation sales.

Prior experience selling high-ticket offers is strongly preferred.

Comfortable discussing sensitive issues such as stress, anxiety, emotional blocks, relationship pain, confidence, performance, and life struggles.

Robust WhatsApp and phone-based sales skills.

Excellent spoken and written English.
