- Research on historical data for each debt or bill and gather information regarding past debts or outstanding bills.
- Process payments and refunds.

Nurture




- The communication with clients to discuss and remind them about overdue payments in a professional manner.
- Addressing and resolving any concerns or discrepancies related to billing or customer credits.

Manage
- Strategies or actions to prompt clients to settle their debts or payments promptly.
- Accurate records of account statuses and keeping track of collection efforts.
- Preparing and presenting reports detailing collection activities and the status of accounts receivable.

We are looking for someone with:
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g. IBC, NCLT).
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases. Skilled in negotiation.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
