So, what’s the gig?

At 2 Pints Brewing, we’re looking for a Guest Relations Executive who loves people, understands hospitality at its core, and can make every guest feel welcome.



You’ll be the friendly face of the taproom — greeting guests, guiding them, assisting with seating, and ensuring every interaction reflects our warm and joyful brand culture.

You’ll help create smooth guest experiences, support the front-of-house team, and be the go-to person for queries, feedback, and those “Can you help me with ?” moments.

The good stuff you’ll own
- Be the first friendly face: Welcome guests with warmth, positivity, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage seating and guest flow: Handle reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and table assignments to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist guests throughout their visit: Guide them to their tables, explain offerings when needed, and ensure they feel taken care of.
- Maintain strong floor presence: Stay attentive to guest needs, monitor the vibe, and support the team as needed.
- Handle guest concerns politely: Listen, empathize, and escalate issues to the manager when required.
