Responsibilities:
- Manage the hydroponic cucumber, Tomatoes, Capsicum cultivation process, including seedling propagation, transplanting, nutrient management, irrigation, and environmental control.
- Monitor and maintain the hydroponic systems, ensuring proper functioning of pumps, timers, nutrient delivery systems, and pH levels.
- Implement pest and disease control measures to prevent and manage infestations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues that may affect plant health and growth.
- Implement appropriate pruning and trellising techniques to support healthy plant growth and optimize yield.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hydroponic Cucumber Grower or similar role is highly desirable.
- Understanding of plant nutrition, pH management,



and nutrient solution preparation.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues promptly.
- A degree or diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
