Kesar Infra is looking for an experienced Site/Pump Supervisor to manage and supervise concrete pump operations at plant and project sites. The role involves pump scheduling, manpower supervision, maintenance coordination, safety compliance, and ensuring smooth concrete pouring operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily concrete pump operations at site
- Coordinate with dispatch, production, and QC teams:
- Plan pump deployment as per site pour schedule:
- Ensure proper pipeline layout and safe pumping process:
- Monitor pump performance and minimize breakdowns
- Coordinate with mechanical team for preventive & breakdown maintenance:
- Maintain pump logbooks, trip records, and diesel usage records:
- Supervise pump operators and helpers
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site SOPs:
- Report daily pumping status to management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
