About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing WSC team in Mumbai. This role will support the execution of marketing initiatives and internal communications by helping manage marketing calendars, coordinating internal requests, and assisting with the execution of various projects.

The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the WSC Marketing Manager in Mumbai and will work closely with the global marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the companys social media calendar, ensuring posts are scheduled and executed according to the marketing plan.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics and campaign results.
- Help build and maintain internal SharePoint sites used to distribute marketing resources and communications.
- Coordinate and schedule internal marketing communications, ensuring timely distribution across the organization.
- Assist with reporting on internal communications engagement and effectiveness.




- Triage marketing requests from internal business teams and route them to the appropriate marketing team members.
- Assist with organizing marketing assets, templates, and shared resources for internal use.
- Support marketing initiatives and team activities through basic market research and coordination, such as identifying venues, sourcing vendors, gathering quotes, and assisting with logístical planning for events, offsites, and meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in calendars, reports, and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global marketing teams and internal stakeholders.
