Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics for Senior Secondary classes (Grades XI & XII) following the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and assessment tools.
- Deliver engaging and concept-oriented classroom sessions using innovative teaching methodologies.
- Prepare students for Board Examinations and competitive examinations wherever applicable.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Conduct remedial and enrichment classes based on student learning needs.
- Integrate technology and activity-based learning into classroom teaching.
- Participate actively in school events, academic planning, meetings, and training programs.
- Maintain records related to attendance, assessments, and student progress.
- Collaborate with parents and academic coordinators for student development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree in Mathematics with B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools as a PGT Mathematics teacher.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in classroom management and student engagement strategies.
