Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records (inward, outward, and balance stock) in ERP system
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials in the store
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and procurement teams
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
- Handle vendor delivery notes, GRNs, and material return records

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Store Keeper in real estate or construction projects
- Knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel,



electrical, plumbing, finishing items, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Experience with ERP or inventory software is an advantage
- High school certificate or equivalent (Diploma in Inventory/Store Management preferred)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
