Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Part-Time Business Coordination Executive who will manage lead follow-ups, coordination with internal teams, marketing agencies, and vendors, while ensuring smooth end-to-end execution of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Calling and following up on leads for conversion
- Passing confirmed customer requirements and details to the Designer
- Coordinating with the marketing agency for lead flow, reporting, and campaign alignment
- Tracking orders and ensuring end-to-end coordination until final customer delivery
- Coordinating with vendors for purchase, order execution, and timelines
- Maintaining basic records of leads, conversions, and order status

Compensation Structure

Fixed Stipend:




- ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level)

Performance-Based Incentives:
- ₹250 per successful lead conversion
- Additional ₹2,500 on conversion of 10-15 leads in a calendar month
- Additional ₹5,000 on conversion of 16 or more leads in a calendar month

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow-ups
- Basic understanding of sales coordination and customer handling
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
- Prior experience in sales coordination, operations, or customer support is an advantage
