Role Description

This is a full-time in office role based in Jamshedpur for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operations, ensuring procedural efficiency and smooth functioning. Responsibilities include managing workflows, analyzing operational processes, coordinating across teams, ensuring compliance with operational standards,



and supporting the implementation of improvement strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Knowledge of Operations and expertise in Operations Management
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and ability to solve problems effectively
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in operational roles is a plus.
