Technical Project Manager - Cloud & Infrastructure

Role Objective

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of F9 Infotech’s cloud, infrastructure, migration, and modernization projects. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating technical teams, managing project schedules, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects across F9 customer engagements.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.
- Coordinate technical teams including Cloud Architects, Engineers, Security Specialists, and third-party vendors.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, technical workshops, steering committee meetings,



and status reviews.
- Track progress against milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure alignment between technical deliverables and business requirements.
- Coordinate infrastructure provisioning, migrations, deployments, testing, and production cutovers.
- Monitor project budgets, effort consumption, and commercial performance.
- Ensure project documentation, sign-offs, and acceptance criteria are completed.
- Support procurement, licensing, and access coordination required for project execution.
- Escalate critical issues and drive resolution in a timely manner.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and transition completed projects to Managed Services or customer operations teams.
- Support presales and solution teams with project planning, effort estimation, and proposal inputs when required.
