Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit high-quality technical content for our website, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and documentation.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to understand product features and user needs.
- Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone.
- Monitor website traffic and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and SEO.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer or similar role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with web content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Experience with HTML,



CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus.
- Strong research skills and ability to gather information from diverse sources.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in the IT Software Industry
- Knowledge of content marketing strategies and techniques.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
