- Production requirement ke hisab se purchase planning
- Stock level maintain karna (overstock ya shortage avoid karna)
- Daily / weekly procurement planning

4. Cost Control
- Best possible rate pe material purchase karna
- Transportation cost optimize karna
- Market rate analysis karna

5. Documentation & Compliance
- Purchase orders (PO) banana aur maintain karna
- Bills, invoices aur GRN maintain karna
- Audit aur compliance ke liye records ready rakhna

6. Coordination
- Production team ke saath coordination
- Logistics team ke saath dispatch & delivery tracking
- Accounts team ke saath payment follow-up
