We are a USA-based trucking company expanding our dispatch and sales team in India. We are hiring English-speaking Sales Agents who are confident on calls, can negotiate, and can work in a fast-paced night-shift environment. Experience in sales is required; trucking/dispatch experience is a bonus and can be trained.

- Speak fluently in English with U.S.based clients and drivers
- Make and answer calls quickly and professionally
- Negotiate freight rates
- Handle tasks with urgency and accuracy

- Support dispatch and sales operations
- Maintain organized records
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English (mandatory):
- Previous sales experience (required):
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to navigate a computer quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Willingness to learn trucking and dispatch operations
- Ability to think independently and solve problems
- Comfortable working night shifts:
- Must commute daily to our Adampur (Jalandhar area) office, 5 days a week
Preferred (Bonus)
- Experience in trucking, logistics, or dispatch
- Experience handling U.S.based customers
