Overall purpose of role:
Design and develop Micro services, GUI, Server components.
Implement Functional solutions, unit test & coordinate releases and where applicable contribute to design sessions.
Interact with end users & product owner to understand their requirements and build solution pertaining to that.
Work as a part of a local team and liaise regularly with colleagues in other regions.
Key Accountabilities and Skills required:
Ability to effectively communicate with end-users and other developers in a global, team-based workplace.
Strong inter-personal skills with ability to communicate thoughts, designs, and implementations in both written and verbal form.

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Accountabilities
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks,
and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promotion of a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
