- Job Purpose
In line with Global Planning processes and local procedures, ensure effective end-to-end planning and scheduling support for the NMC (Non-Metallic Seals) product line, covering Sales Orders, Service Orders and Production Orders, to enable on-time delivery and timely execution across global NMC manufacturing locations.
The Planner is responsible for backlog analysis, forecast demand management and schedule reliability, balancing demand with available manufacturing capacity,



and driving actions with cross-functional stakeholders to protect customer commitments and free cash flow.
Job Description

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Own end-to-end delivery responsibility for the NMC product line, spanning award, engineering, planning, manufacturing, procurement and execution, covering both Make and Buy items.
- Review and manage the global NMC demand profile, aligning demand with available manufacturing capacities across multiple plants in line with the established business and sourcing strategy.
- Convert assigned purchase requisitions (as per Purchasing Group responsibility) into appropriate manufacturing plants to ensure optimal load balancing and timely execution.
- Lead demand planning activities, including communicating schedule priorities, aligning required dates for business-critical orders and ensuring timely delivery creation for stock materials.
