Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise in office interior work including civil work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and in-house design teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor material usage and workmanship as per design specifications.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to the head office.
- Ensure safety compliance and productive site management during execution.
- Relocate and visit project sites across India as required by the company.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior/execution project supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (for reporting and documentation).
- Strong knowledge of site work processes, materials, and interior finishes.
- Willingness to relocate and travel to project locations across India as per company requirements.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Having a two-wheeler is preferable for ease of local site visits.
- Salary based on current CTC and relevant experience.
