About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor / Quality Control skilled to act as the floor in-charge at our manufacturing unit.

This role involves overseeing production operations, machine maintenance, quality checks, and workforce supervision, while ensuring smooth day-to-day factory functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Floor Management
- Act as overall floor in-charge:
- Supervise daily production activities
- Ensure production targets and output quality are met
- Allocate work and monitor productivity of workers

Machine Maintenance
- Monitor machine functioning and basic maintenance
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance
- Ensure mínimal downtime and smooth operations

Quality Control
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished and in-process goods
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Identify defects and take corrective action
- Maintain quality records and reports

Workforce Supervision
- Supervise factory workers and helpers
- Ensure discipline, safety,



and proper work practices
- Coordinate with Assistant Manager for manpower planning

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily production and quality reports:
- Work on computer systems with the help of Assistant Manager
- Share daily updates on production, quality, and issues

Required Skills & Profile

Must-Have:
- 4-5 years of hands-on factory floor experience:
- Strong understanding of production processes
- Experience supervising workers and managing output
- Basic computer knowledge for daily reporting
- Practical, problem-solving mindset

Preferred:
- Mechanical background (Degree or Diploma)
- Experience in manufacturing / production units

Work Days - Saturday to Thursday

Weekly Off - Friday

Work Timings - 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
