Role Overview:
The Program Coordinator - Breast Cancer Screening Mission is responsible for supervising the on-ground implementation of a community-based breast cancer screening program aligned with district and state public health objectives.

Working closely with district health authorities, government health facilities and community networks, the Program Supervisor will oversee screening operations, supervise field teams, ensure adherence to approved clinical and operational protocols, and support patient navigation for women requiring further diagnostic or clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with District Health Officials, Block Medical Officers, PHCs, CHCs, ASHA/ANM networks, and local administration to plan and implement screening activities.
- Support achievement of screening targets through effective mobilisation, counselling, and scheduling of eligible women.




- Supervise planning and execution of door-to-door screening camps in villages, urban wards, PHCs, sub-centres, clinics, and community venues.
- Ensure readiness of screening sites, including space arrangement, privacy norms, power availability, crowd flow, and support materials.
- Supervise field technicians, mobilisers, and support staff to ensure disciplined execution of screening activities.
- Conduct regular field reviews and team meetings to address operational challenges and reinforce SOP compliance.
- Ensure accurate documentation of screened participants, screening outcomes in approved formats and track daily, weekly.

Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration, Life Sciences, Social Work or a related discipline.
