Job Summary:
The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including arranging transportation from purchase locations to warehouses and direct client deliveries & from warehouses to direct client. This role involves vehicle arrangement, freight negotiation, consignment tracking, warehouse & Factory coordination, and ensuring timely logistics payments to support smooth supply chain operations. coordinate with the Purchase Team and Sales Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange vehicles for material movement from purchase locations to company warehouses and for direct client deliveries
- Negotiate freight rates with transporters and vehicle vendors to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions




- Plan and manage Part Load (PTL) and Full Load (FTL) shipments
- Ensure protected and timely delivery of all consignments through regular follow-ups
- Track in-transit shipments and coordinate with transporters for delivery updates
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for logistics-based stock management
- Prepare and share daily logistics tracking reports with the Sales Team and management
- Handle delivery-related issues such as delays, damages, or shortages in coordination with internal teams and transporters
- Verify transporter bills and ensure timely processing of logistics payments
- Maintain proper logistics documentation and ensure compliance with company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
