We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for our Transformer and CRGO manufacturing operations. The role involves hiring for plant-level, technical, and corporate positions and supporting ongoing manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles (Production, Quality, Design, Maintenance, Stores, Projects, etc.)
- Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
- Manage hiring for shop-floor, engineering, supervisory, and staff positions:
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS:
- Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and documentation:
- Support bulk hiring and urgent plant requirements:
- Work closely with plant heads and department managers for manpower planning
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing / industrial hiring:
- Exposure to Transformer / Electrical / CRGO / Heavy Engineering hiring will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced plant hiring environment
