This is preferably a hybrid position based out of Hyderabad and with in-person presence in the Hyderabad office, at least 3 times a week.

What You'll Do:
- Support complete employee life-cycle processes for our India employees including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation/benefits, engagement survey and action planning, employee relations as well as off-boarding.
- Build relationships with managers and senior managers, be a trusted resource for their needs and escalate issues as necessary to the lead PBPs for quick resolutions.




- Have a robust understanding and working knowledge of people related policies, and assist in interpretation of such policies and standards.
- Support the development, recommendation, and implementation of policies, procedures and process improvements.
- Own the onboarding process for India including locally in Hyderabad as well as for any remote employees.
- Manage the ongoing operational needs of managers in the APAC region
- Support on local payroll in partnership with our local provider.
- Partner with PBP team on local communications including community events, benefits, compliance, holidays etc.
- Work with local leads and People team on employee issues
