Job Summary

As a Paid Media Executive, you will be the driving force behind our clients' paid advertising strategies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta. Working closely with our creative and strategy teams, your goal will be to maximize return on investment (ROI), analyze complex data, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok & Snapchat.
- Continuous Optimization:



Monitor daily campaign performance, conduct A/B testing on ad copy and creatives, and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI and minimize CPA.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate accurate weekly and monthly reports, and translate raw data into actionable insights for clients.
- Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword mining, competitor analysis, and audience research to uncover recent targeting opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with copywriters and graphic designers to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are perfectly aligned for conversions.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
