Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with institutional partners
- Handle B2B communication and coordination effectively
- Support partner onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to partner interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B counselling or overseas client handling
- Good communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and partners
- Solid interpersonal and coordination skills
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude
