Job Summary
- Provide emergency medical care and first aid whenever required.
- Conduct regular medical examinations and health assessments of senior citizens and residents.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records, treatment history, and health reports of all residents.
- Attend medical emergencies promptly and provide immediate treatment and stabilization.
- Supervise nursing staff, caregivers, healthcare attendants, and other supporting medical staff.
- Conduct regular OPD services in the MI Room and participate in healthcare activities organized under Karma Health Care.
- Perform on-call emergency duties and night duties as assigned by management.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock of medicines, emergency drugs,



medical equipment, and consumables.
- Ensure timely vaccination and preventive healthcare measures for residents as per medical guidelines.
- Conduct routine health surveys and monitor the overall healthcare and well-being of residents/Angels.
- Prepare and manage duty rosters for medical staff, MI Room staff, and support staff.
- Maintain and update inventories, medical records, staff attendance, and reports using Google Sheets or other assigned digital platforms.
- Maintain performance records and monitor the efficiency of subordinate staff.
- Ensure proper duty scheduling and weekly offs for subordinate staff members.
- Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, repair records, breakage reports, and expired stock records of medical areas.
