Key Responsibilities
- Perform hot and cold vulcanizing of conveyor belts in CHP systems.
- Carry out belt jointing, splicing, patch repairs, and pulley lagging as required.
- Inspect conveyor belts, idlers, pulleys, and related components for wear and damage.
- Ensure proper belt alignment, tracking, and tensioning.
- Attend breakdowns promptly and restore operations within target timelines.
- Follow safety procedures, including LOTO (Lock Out/Tag Out) practices and PPE usage.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report recurring issues.
- Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams for smooth plant operation

Key Skills:
With 10-12 years of experience in CHP or heavy industrial environments,



the Belt Jointer has strong technical expertise in conveyor belt systems, splicing standards, and vulcanizing processes. He is skilled in diagnosing recurring failures, planning shutdown activities, ensuring safety compliance, and improving system reliability, while effectively coordinating with teams to support smooth plant operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
