GrindxStudio is hiring a HYROX Coaching Intern for our Noida location.

We are looking for someone with a fitness background who wants to build toward becoming a HYROX coach and gain hands-on experience in performance training, class flow, and member coaching under experienced trainers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting coaches during HYROX and strength & conditioning classes
- Learning how to coach movement patterns, stations, and workout structure
- Supporting members with form correction, motivation, and workout flow
- Helping manage class setup, equipment, and transitions between stations
- Understanding HYROX race format, pacing, and training methodology
- Assisting with warm-ups, cooldowns, and member engagement




- Learning programming basics and day-to-day coaching operations in a studio environment

Requirements:
- Background in fitness, sports, strength training, or functional fitness
- Basic understanding of HYROX or interest in performance-based training
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn coaching
- Disciplined, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced training workplace

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
