About the Role We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join Empire Tech and work directly under our CTO. You will lead mobile and infrastructure engineering efforts, relieving the CTO's bottleneck and driving technical execution across the group's products.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team across mobile and CTO infrastructure
- Own delivery timelines, sprint planning, and technical roadmaps
- Collaborate with the CTO on architecture decisions and product strategy
- Hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent
- Ensure code quality, CI/CD practices, and DevOps standards
- Liaise with product and design teams to ship features on time

Requirements:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years in a management role
- Strong background in mobile (iOS/Android) and/or cloud infrastructure
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a startup or quick-paced multi-product environment preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
