Roles

1. Identify, monitor, & track Government, PSU, & Private tenders related to Data Centers & Security Surveillance projects.

2. Analyze tender documents such as RFP, RFQ, & EOI for technical, commercial, & eligibility criteria.

3. Prepare & submit technical & commercial bids, including BOQs, compliance statements, & annexures.

4. Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, & vendors to collect required bid information.

5. Handle tender submissions on GeM, CPPP, & other e-procurement portals.

6. Manage EMD, BG, PBG, pre-bid meetings, queries, & clarifications.

7. Track tender progress, results, & maintain proper MIS & documentation records.

Skills & Competencies

1. Hands-on experience in tendering for Data Center, CCTV, & Security Surveillance projects.

2.



Positive knowledge of UPS, Precision Air Conditioning, Racks, CCTV, Access Control, Fire & Safety Systems.

3. Strong understanding of Government tendering procedures & online portals.

4. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, & documentation tools.

5. Excellent coordination, attention to detail, time management, & ability to meet deadlines.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in tendering

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
