Development Communication & Creative Media Executive

Organization: NGO / Skill Development & Livelihood Projects

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months (Internship/Freelance/Full-time experience considered)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and awareness campaign content
- Design posters, brochures, banners, reports, and creatives using Canva and Adobe tools
- Support website content updates and digital branding activities
- Develop beneficiary success stories, case studies, testimonials, and impact documentation
- Handle photography, videography, camera shoots, and event coverage
- Edit videos and promotional content for social media and project activities
- Coordinate with project teams for collecting field content and documentation
- Maintain photo/video archives and communication records
- Assist in branding, outreach,



and communication campaigns

Required Skills:
- Social Media Handling & Content Creation
- Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro preferred)
- Graphic Designing & Video Editing
- Photography & Videography
- Camera Handling & Shoot Coordination
- Development Communication & Documentation
- Basic Website/WordPress Knowledge preferred
- Valuable Hindi & English communication skills

Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months experience (including internship/freelance/project experience)
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, Design, Marketing, or related field
- Creative mindset with solid communication and storytelling skills

Preferred Background

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
