Sales Executive Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK customers in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.
- Understand customer needs, concerns, and queries, and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
- Ensure first-call resolution wherever possible while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build strong customer relationships through active listening and clear communication.
- Maintain consistent call quality standards aligned with organizational expectations.
- Sales & Conversion
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Drive revenue by converting leads into successful sales and achieving monthly targets and KPIs.
- Proactively follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Accurately record all customer interactions, sales activities, and updates in the CRM system.
- Process Adherence & Compliance
- Strictly adhere to UK process guidelines, scripts, and company policies.




- Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Consistently meet quality, productivity, and compliance benchmarks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve team and organizational goals.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with a transparent and neutral accent (experience in UK shift/process preferred).
- Prior experience in BPO, Customer Support, Sales, or International Calling is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and perform under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
