Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Mumbai and Gandhidham

Role Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented Purchase Executive to drive productive procurement operations, strengthen vendor partnerships, and support cost optimization initiatives. The role requires structured coordination, negotiation capability, and strong follow-through to ensure seamless material availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle (RFQ to PO issuance).
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct quotation comparison and cost analysis.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounts teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.




- Track delivery schedules and follow up with vendors.
- Maintain purchase records and vendor documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchase/procurement.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
