We are a premium home lighting brand based in Bangalore with a 15-year legacy, a physical retail presence, and a growing direct-to-consumer online channel. We are looking for a driven, hands-on performance marketer to own our digital growth end to end.

About the role

This is an ownership role — not a support position. You will be the person responsible for planning, executing, and optimising all performance marketing and CRM activities. You will work directly with the business owner and alongside a content creator to drive growth across paid and owned channels.

What you will own

Paid advertising
- End-to-end management of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) — campaign strategy, audience building, creative briefing, and optimisation
- End-to-end management of Google Ads — Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube
- Move beyond catalog-only campaigns and build full-funnel structures including awareness, consideration, and retargeting
- Brief the content creator on what creatives are needed based on campaign performance data




- Set up and manage WhatsApp marketing using tools such as Interakt or Wati
- Grow and maintain the customer contact database
- Plan and execute broadcast campaigns for new collections, festive periods, and promotions

Analytics and reporting
- Own weekly performance reporting — ad spend, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, revenue by channel
- Identify what is working and what is not, and take transparent action based on data
- Work with the business owner to set monthly targets and track progress

What we are looking for

We want someone who has actually run campaigns end to end — not someone who has assisted or supported. You should be able to sit down on day one, audit our current setup, and tell us what needs to change.

Must have
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads independently
- Demonstrated experience with D2C or e-commerce brands — home decor, lifestyle, or premium product categories preferred
