Role:
It is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis Junior Chef (Baker) based in Faridabad. The role involves assisting in the preparation of fresh bakery items, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in all culinary processes, and supporting the head chef and team with cooking and baking tasks. The Commis Junior Chef will also help with inventory management, food storage, and maintaining quality standards.We’re looking for a passionate, hardworking Commis Baker / Commis Chef to join our bakery team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career—or with some hands-on experience—who loves modern baking,



enjoys experimenting with new ideas, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

About You:
- Junior or commis-level experience in a bakery or kitchen (training, internships, or entry-level experience welcome)
- Strong interest in modern desserts, including contemporary pastries, plated desserts, and creative flavor pairings
- Up-to-date awareness of current sandwich trends, fillings, and presentation styles
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn, take direction, and innovate
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
