Job Title: IPQA Officer

Department: In Process Quality Assurance
Reports To: QA/QC Manager

Job Summary:
The IPQA Officer ensures that all products, processes, and systems comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements. They play a critical role in maintaining GMP practices, performing audits, and ensuring consistent quality in all production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Floor Activities:
- Ensure all quality-related tasks are conducted on the floor daily.

2. Training:
- Train supervisors and workers on quality-related processes and procedures.

3. Contamination Control:
- Inspect and ensure all doors are closed to prevent unnecessary contamination.

4. Temperature Monitoring:
- Check and record the AC temperature daily.

5. Cleaning and Hygiene:
- Monitor cleaning and hygiene standards.
- Address and resolve any issues related to cleaning and hygiene promptly.

6. Space Utilization:
- Verify proper space utilization on the floor to ensure smooth operations.

7. Infrastructure Maintenance:




- Identify infrastructure-related issues and coordinate with the Maintenance team for resolution.

8. Rejection Material Data:
- Maintain records of rejected materials, including tubes, bottles, etc.

9. Machine Monitoring:
- Note down machine breakdown time, running time, and other operational parameters.

10. Status Label Updates:
- Ensure all status labels are updated regularly.

11. THM Format Checks:
- Review and verify the THM format daily (morning and evening).

12. Line Clearance:
- Conduct line clearance activities as required.

13. Filling Activity Checks:
- Inspect the filling process and ensure parameters like crimping and weight meet standards.

14. Vessel Cleaning:
- Confirm proper cleaning of vessels and document the process.

15. FGQC Dispatch Checks:
- Verify finished goods quality control (FGQC) for the dispatch area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
