About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop residential interior concepts as per client requirements
- Prepare 2D layouts, space planning, and furniture arrangements
- Create mood boards, presentations, and basic 3D designs/renderings
- Coordinate with clients for design discussions and modifications
- Select materials, finishes, colors, lighting, and furnishings
- Work closely with vendors, contractors, and site teams for project execution
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation as per drawings
- Prepare BOQs and assist in project estimation
- Maintain project timelines and documentation
Required Skills:
- Valuable knowledge of residential interior design concepts
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar software
- Understanding of materials, modular furniture, and site execution
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 1 year of experience in residential interior projects
- Passionate about residential design and home aesthetics
- Ability to independently manage client discussions and site coordination
- Immediate joiners preferred
