We are urgently hiring Relationship Managers for a banking and financial services sales role in Bangalore. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring and managing customers, promoting banking and financial products, generating business, and achieving assigned sales targets.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with relevant experience in Insurance Sales, Loan Sales, Credit Card Sales, or other Banking Product Sales .

Key Responsibilities Acquire new customers and develop strong customer relationships.

Promote and sell relevant banking and financial products.

Generate leads through customer interactions, references, and other sales activities.

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.

Handle sales activities for insurance, loans, credit cards, and other banking products.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.

Maintain regular communication with existing customers and identify additional business opportunities.

Achieve assigned monthly and periodic sales targets.

Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and applicable terms to customers.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.





Provide timely customer service and resolve basic customer queries.

Build long-term relationships with customers to support retention and repeat business.
