The role involves handling POSP agents, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining strong business relationships. /n Key Responsibilities: /n Meet and onboard potential POSP agents within assigned territories. /n Manage and service existing POS agents to drive sales growth. /n Handle customer queries and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution. /n Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes. /n Conduct offline training and support for POSP agents.
